Prenatal visits include:

Pregnancy, labor, childbirth, and postpartum education and resources

Completing a birth plan

Guided meditation

Labor positions and stretches during pregnancy to prepare for labor

Pain relief techniques to use during labor

Breath work techniques

All prenatal visits are up to 2 hours in duration

Labor support includes:​​

Physical and emotional in-person support during labor and delivery in whichever setting you choose to give birth (home, birth center, or hospital)

On call from 37-42 weeks of pregnancy

Remaining with client up to 1 hour after birth
3 Prenatal Visits + Birth + 1 Postpartum Visit Package

8 hours of postpartum support included in this package.
$40-50 per hour​
Postpartum visits include:

Light household chores and meal prep

Breastfeeding/lactation support

Therapeutic touch for mom

Assisting with newborn care to allow parents to rest

Herbal preparations to assist with healing
$50 per hour
This service includes discussion of health concerns related to the female reproductive system. Health-related questions do not have to be specific to fertility or pregnancy. Guidance and assistance with research and seeking natural and holistic healing methods is offered.
